Shipping Policy


All products are made to order. We begin production after the order is finalized.


1) Production / processing time

Typical production time is 3–10 business days, but may be longer during high-volume periods or for large/custom orders.


2) Shipping / transit time

Transit time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier. Typical U.S. transit time is 2–5 business days after the package is handed off to the carrier.


3) Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.


4) Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available. Carrier scans may take 24–48 hours to update after pickup.


5) Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.


6) Delivery delays

We don’t guarantee delivery dates. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, peak seasons, or service disruptions are outside our control.


7) Lost / stolen packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package, check with household members/building staff and contact the carrier first. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help with next steps. Replacement/refund decisions are handled case-by-case.


8) Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review and resolve it.
