Refund policy

Return Policy


Because all items are custom-made (printed/produced specifically for each customer), we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is finalized.


An order is considered finalized when the customer submits the order and/or approves the final details (such as artwork, sizes, colors, quantities, and placement), and production begins.


Non-returnable situations include (but are not limited to):

 

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Color, style, or fit preferences

  • Customer-supplied artwork issues (low resolution, spelling, design choices) that were approved

  • Changes of mind after finalization

 


Exceptions (we’ll make it right):

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or not matching the approved order details, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If verified, we will replace, reprint, or correct the issue.
